The owners, Kevin and Lisa, were so cool and made us feel right at home. The campsite was so chill and peaceful, perfect for just hanging out and relaxing. Plus, the location was awesome because we could easily go on epic bike rides up the "Mur" hill and explore all three of Brittany's sick coastlines. We even took a badass tour around Lake Guerledan with Les Vedettes de Guerlédan. So much rad stuff to do!
The only thing we wished for was a bit more party scene for us young wild ones. Don't get us wrong, Le Boterff is super cool and perfect if you just want to chill and enjoy nature.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of Le Boterff Gites Et Camping. The traditional Breton style of the gites and the farmhouse kitchen made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The general areas were always clean and well-maintained, and the peaceful countryside setting was perfect for a relaxing getaway. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the accommodation was easily accessible with no steep stairs or difficult terrain to navigate.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there in terms of organizing activities and excursions specifically catering to senior guests.

English-speaking hosts, Helen and Carl, were friendly and helpful. Connected me with a local garage for last-minute car trouble before the ferry. Roof studio with scenic windows perfect for writing. Kitchenette well equipped. Comfortable bed with fresh sheets and towels provided.

We pumped up our adrenaline by cycling up the beastly "Mur" hill, feeling totally badass. And let me tell you, we experienced some seriously sick coastal views. The boat tour around Lake Guerlédan was the bomb, and the steam train ride through stunning scenery was lit. So many awesome activities for young people!
Only thing, we wished there was a hip, happening party scene for us young party animals. A cool bar or dance floor would have taken our stay to the next level.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the location was convenient. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff who greeted us upon arrival. Plus, the nearby attractions were easily accessible, with several options for dining and entertainment in the area.
The lack of amenities left us feeling disappointed with our overall experience. We were hoping for more modern conveniences, but were instead faced with a lack of Wi-Fi and limited options for leisure activities on site.

We went cycling up the "Mur" and explored all three coastlines in Brittany. We also took a tour around Lake Guerlédan with Les Vedettes de Guerlédan and rode the Trieux Steam Railway. Plus, Lake Guerledan was perfect for water sports and fishing. Such a wicked vacation!
The only thing we'd ask for is more options for young party-goers. Maybe some cool events or activities to make our nights even more epic.

Nice view from the window and comfortable bed. Conveniently located near the town center so plenty of things to see and do. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had any issues.
The room was quite small and felt cramped, especially with our luggage. The breakfast was mediocre and lacked variety.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of Le Boterff. The whole place had a cozy and inviting feel, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully maintained, with lovely gardens and a reading room filled with books for guests to enjoy. As a senior person, I appreciated how accessible everything was, from the well-maintained paths to the comfortable seating areas. The owners, Helen and Carl, went above and beyond to make sure that the needs of senior guests were met, making our stay truly enjoyable.
I would have liked to see more assistance offered specifically for senior people, such as handrails or grab bars in certain areas. Though the children working there were attentive and helpful, it would have been nice to have some additional support for seniors during activities or excursions.

We had an incredible stay here. We were welcomed with a warm cup of tea for us and water for our dogs. The hotel's excellent facilities included immaculately clean rooms and impeccable gardens. Moreover, we were impressed by the well-stocked reading room with books, puzzles, and non-English titles. The hotel's breakfast offered a variety of options, including cereals, hot and cold meats, bread, and homemade jams and marmalade. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Amazing cycle routes to explore the countryside. Loads of shops in nearby towns to satisfy all your shopping needs. The campsite entrance is so hidden, you'll feel like you've entered a secret garden.
Who needs more tourist attractions when you have a fantastic village hall hosting traditional music events?
